Maria DambergStudy and career counsellor
About me
I started my employment as a Study counsellor in 2003, right after I finished my university studies and got my Master's degree in Earth Sciences. I have worked as a study counsellor since then and from 2016 I also became an international administrator at the department. Earlier in my life, in short, I studied French in Toulouse, took a one-year course in photography and worked a lot with sales.
Short description of what I do: Study- and career counselling, administrating Erasmus+ exchanges, participates in and plans various events for students such as Career days, international student recruitment, answers questions about eligibility, handling admissions matters, transferral of credits from studies abroad, participating in various reference groups, member of various preparatory groups for the department board.
During my time at the university, I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge about many things, about rules, administration and different ways of guiding and coaching. I enjoy being creative and helpful. Both students and employees are welcome to contact me.
