Nicoline Annetorp Roth is a PhD student at the Department of social work at Stockholm University. Her research focuses on multi-professional care planning for older adults during the hospital discharge process, with an emphasis on interprofessional collaboration and patient participation.
She holds an MSc degree in Social Work från Stockholm University and is an experienced social worker in the old-age care field.
In Nicoline Roth’s dissertation, participation for older adults and their affected family members is explored in the context of care planning upon hospital discharge, which in later years has been subjected to policy changes aiming at effectivization.
