About me
I work as a personnel administrator and the purpose of my job is to provide support to staff at my institution in HR-related matters.
It can be, among other things: questions regarding travel bills, fees, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, official leave in Primula.
I help in recruitment processes: place ads in ReachMee, meet new employees and give them an introduction to HR routines
I collaborate closely with the department's economists, regarding issues regarding the accounting of our employees, progress and budget work.
I have wide contacts, both internal (within IÄD, PA) and external (e.g. the Swedish Tax Agency).
In addition, I am responsible for SUKAT, travel booker for external travelers and order taker.
