About me

I am a PhD student in environmental law with a law degree from Stockholm University.

My PhD project examines the relationship between EU fisheries and environmental policy and the legal preconditions to implement an ecosystem approach into the fisheries policy. I use various illustrative examples to analyse the legislation, for example by studying the possibility for EU Member States to implement requirements in environmental legislation in the light of the EU's exclusive competence in the part of the fisheries policy that relates to the conservation of marine biological resources.
