Doctoral student (law).
I have worked with banking- and finance law since 2004; the first 15 years in legal practice. Between 2009 and 2019, I was a partner at transaction law firm TM & Partners in Stockholm. Since 2019, I am working on a PhD project concerning the contractual ranking of claims. I am particularly interested in the intersection between financial regulation, domestic private law, and market practice. In addition to the topics relevant to my PhD, I am interested in sustainable finance and how we as lawyers can contribute to the transition to a net-zero economy.
I am course director, together with dr. Kelly Chen, for the advanced course Credit and Financial Market Law. The course is given every fall. In addition, I lecture on the topic of sustainable finance.
