Sascha Hurst
About me
I am a doctoral candidate at the Department of Law with a research focus on EU data law. My projekct examines requirements for the terms and conditions in commercial data transactions, particularly in relation to the EU Data Act.
I am a German-qualified lawyer with a background and professional experience in competition law and general commercial law. I completed my undergraduate legal studies at Humboldt University Berlin, Stockholm University, and King's College London. I also hold a master's degree in European Economic Law from Stockholm University.
Teaching
I teach in courses on competition law, EU law, legal methodology, and cyber law. I have also acted as a master thesis supervisor and as a co-coach for the European Law Moot Court.
