About me

As a HR & Finance administrator at the Department of Economics, I handle HR administration, project follow-up, financial reporting and diarizing and registering incoming documents in the archiving system. I prepare employment decisions, provide support to PhD students regarding employment terms and benefits. I manage the registration of leave of absence, parental leave, and other government-related matters, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable regulations. In addition, I also work with financial tasks such as expense claims, wellness benefits, accounts payable, fees, requisitioning funds for PhD candidates.
