Zhicheng He
About me
Zhicheng is a Doctoral Candidate affiliated with the Swedish Law and Informatics Research Institute (IRI) at the Department of Law, Stockholm University.
Zhicheng joined Stockholm University in April 2021. He is currently a Fellow Researcher working on a European Union-funded, interdisciplinary Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions project entitled ‘visuAAL’ (https://www.visuaal-itn.eu). This project seeks to investigate legal, ethical and privacy issues surrounding the use of video-based technologies in assisted living products designed for older people.
Zhicheng completed his Master of Laws (LLM) at Ghent University, Belgium. He earned another Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China.
Before his position at Stockholm University, Zhicheng worked as an in-house legal counsel for a major ICT company where he gained practical experience and fuelled his research interests concerning the interactions between law and ICT technologies.
