Arthur Asseraf presents at the Modern History Seminar.
Arthur Asseraf, a Pro Futura Scientia Fellow at SCAS in Uppsala, is active at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge. His research focus is Maghreb, the Meditteranean and french colonialism, specifically issues of media, race and information. Among other achievments, Arthur Asserat has published the award winning monography "Electric News in Colonial Algeria" (2020) and coordinated "Colonisations: Notre Histoire" (2023) – a project on french colonialism which engaged more than 250 researchers.
