Our research takes a systems perspective, meaning that we study different aspects of working hours, recovery, and safety at both the individual and organizational levels.

The aim is to contribute to knowledge that can be used to support systematic efforts towards a sustainable working life, where fatigue (or insufficient recovery) is viewed as a risk to health and safety.
