Research project Evaluation of the implementation of the Framework Plan for SFO
In the evaluation of the new framework plan, the project will, among other things, study to go back to some of the municipalities they visited at the time and investigate whether there have been changes based on the framework plan.
In 2017 to 2018, NTNU Social Research and Stockholm University carried out a national evaluation of the leisure center in Norway and the findings there were some of the reasons why a new framework plan was introduced. In the evaluation of the new framework plan, we will, among other things, study to go back to some of the municipalities we visited then and investigate whether there have been changes based on the framework plan. The project will be present during the SFO day and carry out observations, interviews and conversations at SFO, with both children and employees and SFO leaders.
