Technological and social adaptation to COVID-19: food supply for vulnerable urban groups in five global cities

A comparative research on non-state social welfare for urban food security during the pandemic. It examines the role of voluntary and community organizations (VCOs) and local governments during the
COVID-19 pandemic in reaching out the most vulnerable individuals who have no or limited access to statutory welfare. It compares five global cities, Stockholm (Sweden), Seoul (South Korea), London
(the UK), Wuhan (China), Singapore (Singapore), and Sydney (Australia).
