Research subject Culture and Nature
How people and culture influence and are influenced by what we perceive as nature is a common theme in ethnological research.
It may concern the need and use of natural resources or the relationship with other animals, such as prey, pet or friend. It also concerns how the view of plants and animals has changed over time. In recent years, attention has also been paid to the cultural concequences of climate change and ecological sustainability.
