Theoretical Perspectives on Fashion
Theoretical Perspectives on Fashion 7,5 credits is a mandatory part of Master's Programme in Fashion Studies. Only students admitted to the programme can take this course and are registered by the Department.
The course deals with different theories used in Fashion Studies. Theories are derived from the Humanities and Social Sciences and aim to broaden the understanding of Fashion Studies as a interdisciplinary subject and guide students in their scientific aspirations. Examples of theories can be obtained from both previous and current research in Fashion Studies. (Please see course pdf for additional details)
