Dates

Nominations of exchange students from the sending institution should arrive to the Stockholm University Department of Human Geography international co-ordinator by e-mail to international@humangeo.su.se no later than:

• May 1 for the Autumn Semester
• October 1 for the Spring Semester

Content

Each nomination has to be sent from the department or faculty coordinator or the international office at the partner institution and must include the following details about each nominated student:

• Name
• Sex
• Date of birth
• E-mail address
• Address
• Period of study in Stockholm – usually Academic Year, Autumn Semester or Spring Semester
• Student housing – whether or not the student is interested

The letter of acceptance will be sent to the student and cc to partner institution.
