Vill du lära dig att känna ett lugn och få kontroll både före, under och efter tentan? Vi ger dig konkreta verktyg för planering, genomförande och återhämtning.

Workshopen är ett samarbete mellan Studenthälsan och Studie- och språkverkstaden på Stockholms universitet.
