Om mig
I am a PhD student in Accounting since September 2022. I hold Bachelor in Accounting (from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia) and Master of Public Management (from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand). My research area focuses on public-sector accounting and performance management. I am interested in understanding the production and translation of numbers. The thesis empirically examines how Indonesia's central government incentivizes local governments through fiscal measures and how these local governments resist specific performance management. Rooted in decentralization and performance management literature, my thesis explores the central government's re-centralization efforts through accounting techniques and the local governments' opposition.
My PhD project is supervised by Associate Professor Olga Golubeva and Assistant Professor Cristian Lagström.
