Meet our new PhD students

In September the Department of Economics welcomed 16 new students to our programme. Here you will get to meet some of them.

The PhD programme in Economics at Stockholm University is considered one of the best in Europe. The US-style programme is fully international, and many students enter the global economics job market after graduating.

The programme offers a wide range of both compulsory and elective courses, in mathematics, microeconomics, econometrics, development, labour, political economics and more.

Later this autumn application opens for 2024.
