Psychophysiology: relationships between psychological and physiological processes

The aim of the course is to provide a deeper understanding of psychophysiology and its focus on understanding the relationship between psychological and physiological processes.

Psychophysiology examines the physiological correlates of human experience and behaviour. Physiological measures are used to further our understanding of psychological processes and to test psychological theories.

The course will cover measures that are typically used and accessible in psychology.

This course will be given in the second half of the semester, half-time studies, in spring 2026.

This course is offered as an elective course in the International two-year master’s program in psychology, 120 credits.
