Terms and conditions for purchasing print credits

By purchasing print credits for the Printomat service at Stockholm University, you accept the terms and conditions below. Please note that the terms of service are subject to change, so each time you make a new purchase you need to read them.

Payments

All payments for print credits are final and non-refundable. Please note that when you status changes from student to alumnus you will no longer be able to print.

Processing of personal data

The collection of personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data processed:

  •  Name, username, email and that you have the role "student" (as opposed to "employee") which are data that you have provided to us previously and are stored in Stockholm University's directory service.
  • Your paid amount and a summary of the total amount paid, the amount used and the balance on the My Printouts account.
