About me

My main duties at the Office for Research, Engagement and Innovations Services (REIS), new since 1th of July 2020, (before the new organization Research Support Office/Liaison Office) is to support and help my colleagues with both the office economy and staff matters, I am the departments finance and HR (human resources) officer.

My main duties comprises;

  • the department's invoice processing
  • staff matters, all (vaccation, sick leave, outlay's, travel expenses etc)
  • responsible for all SUKAT-matters
  • travel bookings (towards our travel company)
  • purchasing manager regarding it/phone, furniture etc
  • conference bookings

I am also involved in Stockholm University Faculty Club Manne Siegbahn as registrars keeper and Web Editor. As from VT-21 also Web Editor for The University Association.
