Research
My field of research is related to the literary analysis of Modern Arabic Fiction. In my main study, I have been working on the techniques of beginning and their evolution in the Arabic novels of the 20th century. I have also conducted research on the representation of despotic characters in a selection of novels and on the literature of exile. In my current project, I am studying the function and the representation of the spaces dedicated to death in various contexts in Modern Arabic fiction.
