Research group Network for Early Modern History
The Network for Early Modern History is a platform for collaboration between researchers, PhD candidates and Master level students who research early modern history.
The purpose of the network is to:
- Initiate research collaboration between researchers from different universities and departments
- Promote Swedish early modern history research internationally
- Encourage the expansion of non-nordic subjects and perspectives within Swedish early modern history research
- Strengthen the interest for early modern history issues within the next generation of historians.
A first Early Modern Forum was arranged in Stockholm by the network in March of 2022. The second Early Modern Forum will take place in Gothenburg in March 2024.
