This theme is an umbrella for a number of research areas in statistical models and associated method, with applications (mostly) in the social sciences.
The research areas under the umbrella include:
- Time series analysis
- Statistical modelling in business and finance
- Statistical models for duration and event-history data
- Univariate and multivariate linear models (in particular mixed effects models and hierarchical models)
- Bayesian modelling of clusters and complex data
