About the course

This course is a direct continuation of the course Lithuanian 1.

Course aim and learning outcomes

The aim of the course is for you to gain knowledge in the structure of the Lithuanian language, expand your ability to express yourself orally and in writing in standard Lithuanian, and well as to gain basic knowledge in Lithuanian and Latvian contemporary literature and culture.

Course content and teaching methods

The course consists of the following subcourses: Language knowledge and language proficiency C, Language knowledge and language proficiency D, Fiction and non-fiction text, History of Baltic literature and Baltic cultural history.
