Advanced Research Methods in Management
This course is designed to prepare you for your dissertation research. More specifically, the course aims to help you design and undertake a research project by examining the principles and procedures of various social science methods, which are used to conduct empirical research.
The course also demonstrates how these methods are used in actual research projects. The course deals with the following main issues:
• Problem formulation
• Field methods (e.g. interviews, observation, discursive artifacts)
• Data generation and analysis
