Philosophy and History of Science

In this course, we will explore philosophical questions within the natural sciences from the 17th century onwards, the relationship of natural science to society as well as the historical discoveries and experiments that led to paradigm shifts in natural science.

In the course, we will reflect on the art of science from a historical perspective. This course is interdisciplinary and is intended for students who have studied 60 credits in the natural sciences, social sciences or humanities.
