Parallel and distributed programming
The course presents programming language constructs for creating parallel and distributed programs.
You learn to construct parallel and distributed programs in one or more suitable languages and to explain basic concepts and models in parallel and distributed programming.
This course is part of a programme or course package and is not available for application as a stand-alone course

Course structure
The course include a number of lectures, literature studies and one independent programming project (exercises and assignments).
Teaching format
The teaching consists of lectures and supervision.
Assessment
The course is examined as follows:
- on-campus examination and
- assignments.

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course. -
