History of Japanese Literature
The course gives a general overview of the history of Japanese literature.
The course aims to provide an overview of Japanese literary history from the 8th century to the present and introduces a number of leading literary genres in their historical context.
The course contains one module of 7.5 credits.

The module is tested with a written take-home examination.
