Our summer course International Legal English - Company Law introduces the specificities of international legal communication, with a focus on company law as an area of frequent terminological confusion and misinterpretation.
International Legal English – Company Law is given as an elective course within the framework of the summer programme at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. Read more about the Summer Programme at SULaw on the following page:
After the course, students are expected to be able to evaluate possible terminological equivalents in two different legal systems, as well as compare legal regulations and features of business entities in different legal systems.

Teaching format
Instruction comprises 2 weeks of full-time studies and consists of lectures and seminars.
Assessment
Examination is conducted through active participation at all teaching and an oral presentation.
