Architecture, Culture and Society in Europe 1500–1700
This course is an introduction to the architecture of Europe during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries.
It deals with a number of different themes: the form and use of the church room; the architecture of worldly power; the urban space and the rise of the early modern city; architecture in the landscape.
