Data Science for Health Informatics
The course introduces the process of data science and decision support. It also presents methods and techniques for data science with focus on application areas such as health informatics and interaction design.
Particular focus will be given on basic algorithms in machine learning and their application to extracting knowledge and insights from large and complex data.

Teaching format
The teaching consists of lectures, demonstrations, teaching sessions and research visits.
Assessment
The course is examined as follows:
- written examination
- written assignments

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course. -
