The University account with accompanying card gives Stockholm University students access to the University's IT services, such as the wireless network. This account you to see your results in the study documentation system Ladok, create transcripts, make address changes, save documents and share files with other students. The account also provides access to Athena, athena.su.se, which is a learning and collaboration platform that is used for communication in many courses. The card is used to borrow books at the University Library, and to print, copy and scan.

The University account is created upon registration and activated at aktivera.su.se.
