Anders Gustavsson Professor emeritus

Anders Gustavsson is professor at the Department of Education, Stockholm University. Prior to this he held similar positions at Linköping University and the Department of Social Work, Stockholm University.Between 2008 and 2013, he was Head of Teacher Education at Stockholm University, the last four years as Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the university. From 2005-2008, Anders Gustavsson was chief-editor of Scandinavian Journal of Disability Research. His main interests is disability in relation to individual and social meaning-making with a special focus on lived experience of social reforms and identity constructions. Another special interest concerns theories of interpretation and their use in the social sciences.

His research collaboration includes several international research groups and universities, for the moment first of all L'Ecoles des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales: Programme Handicap in Paris and NTNU in Trondheim.
