Om mig

I am a researcher and program manager at SPIDER - The Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences.

My area of expertise is the role of ICT and telecom regulation in attaining the Sustainable Development goals, more specifically improving education, health care and transparency and accountability through access to information and Open Data.

I have a PhD in Social Anthropology with focus on primarily subcultures, globalization and digital tools. I have a lot of experience of lecturing about ICT in low resource contexts. Recent research interests include Ethics, AI and cross cultural perspectives.

Forskning på ICT Regulation – Policy and Practice capacity building programme

Detta forskningsprojekt dokumenterar resultat, huvudutmaningar och framgångar för det internationella utbildningsprogrammet ”ICT Regulation – Policy and Practice” och formulerar förslag till förbättringar. Vi analyserar dokumentation och rapporter från programdeltagare och kompletterar med en OECD/DAC Framework-utvärdering.
