Sayeh Sobhani Doktorand

I am a PhD student at DSV, working on a project on fairness in artificial intelligence with a particular emphasis on healthcare applications, supervised by Prof. Panagiotis Papapetrou and Prof. Sindri Magnusson. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, which together provide a strong foundation for my interdisciplinary work. I also have experience working as a research assistant at the Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM), School of Biological Sciences, where I contributed to several bioinformatics projects, including metagenomic binning and genome scaffolding using Hi-C data with deep learning approaches.
