The Human Resources Office is responsible for the development of personnel administrative procedures, interpretation and application of labor laws, regulations and collective agreements.

The Human Resources Office is also responsible for payroll, travel expenses, and pension and insurance as well as for statistical staff and staff financial reports.

The Human Resources Office is responsible – in cooperation with the departments – even for staff and organisational development, working environment and gender equality, etc.
