The research at Stockholm Business School is conducted primarily within our four sections: finance, management, marketing and accounting
Research in accounting at Stockholm Business School is built upon the idea that "accounting is, or should be, a reflection of prevailing social values and culture".
More than 25 researchers and doctoral students work with research at the Finance Section. This makes us one of Sweden's largest units for research in finance.
Research in management is about how organizations are led and governed, how they relate to society, and what it is like to work in modern workplaces characterized by, e.g. entrepreneurship and globalization.
Research in marketing and the sub-area of advertising and PR is of the highest quality with a holistic perspective where producers, consumers and the surrounding society are taken into account in a global environment.
The conference theme is “Dynamics of Business, Economy and Society in the New Geopolitical World”.
To be a professor I feel it is literally to be a “person who professes” to a certain type of expertise or knowledge.
We are very happy and proud to announce that a new Center for Monetary Policy and Financial Stability (CeMoF) has been established at Stockholm University.
