Food and drink

There is no restaurant in Aula Magna. Food and drinks, including water, must be ordered through a catering company.

The organiser is responsible for ordering catering. Employees of Stockholm University order through the framework agreement catalogue.

There is limited seating in the Gallery and the Foyer. Food and drinks therefore need to be suitable for standing service.

For events with more than 50 guests, the catering company must provide serving staff on site. Stockholm University does not provide its own service staff.
