Service Centres

The Service Centre supports students, staff and visitors with questions related to facilities, services and access on campus.

On this page you will find opening hours, visiting addresses and contact details for the Service Centre. You can also see what kinds of matters you can get help with.

 

Opening hours

  • Monday–wednesday: 08:00–16:00
  • Thursday: 08:00–15:00
  • Friday: 08:00–16:00
  • Closed on Public Holidays

Please note that opening hours may change at short notice in case of unforeseen absence.

Temporary opening hours

Servicecentre Albano

14–29 oktober: closed during lunch 11:30–12:15

31 October: open 08:00–12:00

18 November: open 08:00–13:30

Servicecentre Frescati

31 October: open 08:00–12:00

18 November: open 08:00–13:30

 

What you can get help with

  • Help finding rooms on campus.
  • Book rooms, tables and exhibition areas.
  • Report faults in shared spaces or lecture rooms.
  • Hand in or collect lost property.
  • Collect or return access cards.
  • Collect or return keys (only at Frescati).
