Service Centres
Welcome to the Service Centre! Whether you are a staff member, student or visitor, this is where you can get help with facilities, services and security. We are located on the Albano and Frescati campuses.
- At the Service Centre, you can get help with
- general information about premises and their locations
- booking rooms, book tables and exhibition areas
- reporting faults in public and teaching facilities
- lost property
- issuing and returning access cards
- collecting and returning keys (available only at the Frescati Service Centre).
Opening hours
Monday–Wednesday: 08.00–16.00
Thursday: 08.00–15.00
Friday: 08.00–16.00
The Service Centres are closed on public holidays.
Please note that opening hours may change at short notice in the event of unplanned staff absence. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

11 June: closed for lunch 11.30–12.15
17 June: open until 13.00
18 June: open until 12.00
19 June: closed for lunch 11.30–12.15
20 June: closed (Midsummer Eve)
Weeks 27–28: open 09.00–15.00, closed for lunch 11.30–12.15
Weeks 29–32: closed
18–22 August: closed for lunch 11.30–12.15
Frescati Service Centre
17 June: open until 13.30
18 June: open until 12.00
20 June: closed (Midsummer Eve)

Frescati Service Centre: Södra huset, house D, floor 4 (next to the Universitetsbiblioteket)
