Albano

The residential area of Albano is located on Campus Albano, close to both Campus Frescati and the city centre. Surrounded by green spaces and walking paths, it offers international students the chance to live in a convenient and accessible location.

Furnished apartments are available in Albano through the university. Accommodation includes studios and a small number of larger apartments, primarily for students with families.

The Housing Office handles applications, tenancy agreements and practical information. The buildings are owned by Svenska Bostäder.

  • 12 one-bedroom apartments (43–55 m²)
  • 4 two-bedroom apartments (68–73 m²)

Rent

The listed rent applies to the academic year 2024/2025 and is per semester.

Small studio: SEK 44,500–47,750

Large studio: SEK 59,250–61,000

One-bedroom apartment: SEK 70,750–82,250

Two-bedroom apartment: SEK 86,500–89,250

Here you’ll find practical details about what is provided in each apartment and what facilities are available on site.

Furniture and equipment

Each apartment is furnished and ready for move-in.

  • Furniture: bed and mattress (90×200 cm in studios), kitchen table and chairs
  • Included items: lamps, window blinds (some rooms also have curtains), refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, kitchen cabinets, cooking utensils, for example pots and pans, crockery.

Please note: You need to bring your own quilt, pillow, sheets and towels.
