Albano

The residential area of Albano is located on Campus Albano, close to both Campus Frescati and the city centre. Surrounded by green spaces and walking paths, it offers international students the chance to live in a convenient and accessible location.

Furnished apartments are available in Albano through the university. Accommodation includes studios and a small number of larger apartments, primarily for students with families.

The Housing Office handles applications, tenancy agreements and practical information. The buildings are owned by Svenska Bostäder.

4 two-bedroom apartments (68–73 square metres)

large studio: SEK 59,250–61,000
one-bedroom: SEK 70,750–82,250
two-bedroom: SEK 86,500–89,250.

Furnishings and equipment

Each apartment in Albano is fully furnished and equipped with standard items such as

bed and mattress (90×200 cm in studios)
kitchen table and chairs
lamps
window blinds (some rooms also have curtains)
refrigerator and freezer
stove and oven
kitchen cabinets
cooking utensils, for example pots and pans
dinnerware.

Please note: You need to bring your own quilt, pillow, sheets and towels.
