I am a PhD student in sociology at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI), Stockholm University. I am part of the research program "Traps for Women or Meaningful Jobs for the Future?"
My research focuses on the role of gender in the labor market, with particular attention to how organizations reproduce gendered hierarchies, structures, and status. I examine gender traits—masculinity and femininity—and explore how these characteristics shape both health and career outcomes for men and women.
