Research project Digitalized management
Digitalization is of major concern for management due to the transformation of markets, product technologies and how to organize the company in a compatible way. At the same time management work is also becoming increasingly digitalize and remote.
This project focuses on how remote managerial work can constrain and support managers’ work and their means to be efficient and innovative.
