Research in management, organization and society has its focus on the intersection between the individual, organization, society and the environment.
Central questions are organizations in relation to globalization, social and "green" entrepreneurship, ethics and sustainable development, elite groups and their effect on society, strategic and technological change, employability and excellence cultures, and the challenges of modern work characterized by conflicting demands, creativity and control.
