The course describes challenges and opportunities for the public sector related to open and big data.
The course also describes methods and models for open and big data management. The students will carry out assignments by analysing data.

Assessment
The course is examined through:
- individual knowledge test that consists partly of a series of subtests and partly of a series of seminars that are carried out throughout the duration of the course
- remote written exams
