The overall aim of the course is to familiarize the student with theories relating to organization, organized activities and management of organizations and introduction to a sustainability perspective.
The course provides knowledge of basic organizational concepts, skills in using theories / models, to analyze organizational problems and to critically evaluate and compare different ways of analyzing companies and organizations.
The course work effort comprises 200 hours equivalent to 7.5 ECTS (40 hours per week equivalent to 1.5 ECTS).
The language of instruction is Swedish and English.
