Curating Events
In this course, students will develop and organise an event.
Students will organize guest appearances and act as curators and moderators at seminars, as well as in conversations and other types of presentations related to
both research and practice. The students’ work will be evaluated after these events.
This is a course at the International Master’s Programme in Performance Studies.

Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students are expected to be able to:
-organise and manage curatorial and dramaturgical aspects of a cultural and scientific event;
-critically analyse and discuss different aspects of the event;
-evaluate and position themselves within the field of curating work as it relates to theatre/performing arts and research;
-critically reflect on the possibilities and limitations of research, as well as any response to its application in society.Teaching format
Instruction is given in the form of seminar discussions. The language of instruction is English, and attendance is mandatory.
