27 miljoner till forskning från Cancerfonden

Cancerfonden har beviljat 27 miljoner kronor i anslag till nio forskningsprojekt vid Stockholms universitet.

Cancerfondens forskningsnämnd har beviljat anslag om sammanlagt 887 miljoner kronor, varav 718 miljoner till projektanslag. Av dessa beviljas 27 miljoner kronor till nio, mestadels treåriga, forskningsprojekt vid Stockholms universitet. Detta är det största totala beloppet som beviljats till Stockholms universitets forskare från Cancerfonden. Stockholms universitet står sig bra i konkurrensen. Enbart lärosäten med medicinsk fakultet och universitetssjukhus lyckas bättre.

David Drew. Structural basis of PET tracer recognition and inhibition in Glucose (GLUT) Transporters. 1 600 000 kr
Einar Hallberg. Chromatin organization and differentiation in cancer. 1 200 000 kr
