Dear exchange student,
Your home department at Stockholm University, The Department of Slavic and Baltic Studies, Finnish, Dutch and Germanarranges a breakfast meeting for you on Wednesday the 17th of January, at 10 o´clock in room E339. The meeting will take 2 – 3 hours. During the meeting you will meet study advisors who will help you to enroll to the courses held at our department and you will also meet some of our students and Erasmus trainees (practikant). Bring with you
- Letter of Acceptance
- Confirmation of Arrival
- Learning Agreement.
When studying at Stockholm University you need a so called T-number. It was sent to you in a separate e-mail. The T-number is an administrative number that is generated for you in order for Stockholm University to register you for courses, register results, receive a student e-mail account, a copy card and a library card.
You have already gotten information about the orientation week from the International Office and perhaps from other institutions where you have chosen courses.
